What's it like to live in the DFW area?
No matter what your interests, you have many choices from World Class Dining and Shopping to outdoor sports, spectator sports, museums, concert halls, water parks, lakes and more... DFW is home to The Texas Rangers, The Dallas Cowboys, The Mavericks and The Dallas Stars professional teams. Minor league area teams include the Fort Worth Cats, the Grand Prairie Airhogs and the Frisco Rough Riders. Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie is a great venue not only for horse racing but concerts too. NASCAR fans will love Texas Motor Speedway.
Shopping in DFW is World Class and could take several months at least to visit all of the opportunites we have including the Galleria, North Park Mall, Vista Ridge Mall, Grapevine Mills Mall, Northeast Mall, Southlake Town Square and Town Center at Alliance right here in our backyard. Fine dining abounds just depending on your choice. The Fort Worth Stockyards is a great entertainment experience, that includes dining, shopping, lodging, and exciting attractions, for all ages. A great Christmas weekend venue is a trip to the Gaylord Texan for the Ice Sculpture exhibit, dining at one of their many restaurants along the indoor river, a spa treatment or two and a great night's rest in their luxurious hotel.
The Fort Worth Cultural District offers great museums including The Kimbell, The Modern, Amon Carter, and the National Cowgirls Museum to name a few. For nightime fun, try one of the great restaurants in Sundance Square.
